Job Description Summary

The AW Server team is seeking a creative, analytical, and hands‑on End User Support Engineer who comfortably works with modern AI tools.
AW Server is a leading visualization platform used by radiologists for 2D–3D advanced visualization, clinical collaboration, and medical image review. The team partners closely with Service, Product Owners, Technical Leads, and Software Developers to troubleshoot global production environments and deliver a first class customer experience.
In this role, you will work together with L4 Support Engineers, Product Owners, and Technical Leads to improve customer satisfaction by analyzing issues and applying existing fixes as appropriate.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Support Engineers, Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Software Developers to analyze and troubleshoot production environments globally.
  • Apply fixes based on existing documentation.
  • Improve product quality by reporting new issues and by partnering with Engineering teams to design more reliable system components.
  • Ensure that relevant software documentation is kept up to date for the service team.
  • Develop and continuously refine AI prompts used by Support Engineers.
  • Maintain and evolve GenAI solutions owned by the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields or equivalent knowledge.
  • Demonstrated professional experience in similar multinational environment.
  • Previous professional experience in Software Engineering role.
  • Good understanding of GenAI fundamentals, especially prompt engineering.
  • Advanced Linux/Unix proficiency.
  • Knowledge of at least one programming language.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • High motivation to learn new technologies and work in a rapidly evolving field.
  • High level understanding of Cybersecurity principles.
  • Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with advanced AI/ML Tools.
  • Experience working with Agentic Workflows.
  • Knowledge of containerization.
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies.
  • Background in medical imaging or familiarity with the DICOM standard.
