This role will be accountable for E2E planning activities, ensuring optimized product flow from suppliers through manufacturing and delivery to customers.</p><p></p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li><p>Lead and supervise planning team members (individual contributors and supervisors).</p></li><li><p>Oversee demand, supply, and inventory planning through the IBP process.</p></li><li><p>Align cross-functional teams including Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain to support forecast accuracy and planning decisions.</p></li><li><p>Implement planning strategies, business rules, and multi‑echelon inventory processes.</p></li><li><p>Manage demand plans, analyze forecast quality, and escalate risks as needed.</p></li><li><p>Support product lifecycle management, including new product launches and rationalizations.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and improve KPIs such as MAPE, BIAS, OTIF‑D, Inventory Days, and Safety Stock.</p></li><li><p>Drive issue resolution across the value stream and collaborate with global partners during periods of short supply.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and company policies.</p></li></ul><h3><b>Required Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree is required. Bachelor&#39;s degree in Engineering or Science is preferred.</p></li><li><p>A minimum of 4 years of supply chain experience in medical devices, consumer goods, or pharmaceuticals.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with planning, inventory, order management, and MRP systems.</p></li><li><p>Experience with ERP systems (SAP/JDE) and advanced planning tools (OMP) preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to influence in a matrix environment and lead cross-functional collaboration.</p></li><li><p>Bilingual: English and Spanish.</p></li></ul><h3><b>Preferred Skills</b></h3><ul><li><p>Green Belt Six Sigma certification.</p></li><li><p>Process Excellence or CPIM/IBF certification.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of statistics, predictive analytics, and continuous improvement tools.</p></li><li><p>High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Johnson &amp; Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
