If you are excited about a role but don&#39;t meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an <b>Employee Services Assistant Manager </b>located in <b>Perai, Penang</b>.</p><p></p><p><b>What a typical day looks like: </b></p><ul><li><p>Oversee the operation and management of hostel facilities for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.</p></li><li><p>Ensure adherence to Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and ISO standards across employee service facilities and processes.</p></li><li><p>Establish and maintain effective communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders, including employees, management, regulatory bodies, and service providers.</p></li><li><p>Oversee the transportation services provided to employees, including shuttle services, commuting arrangements, and transportation logistics.</p></li><li><p>Manage in-house medical clinics, ensuring the provision of high-quality healthcare services to employees.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote employee wellness initiatives and provide timely medical assistance.</p></li><li><p>Supervise cafeteria operations, including menu planning, food quality, and hygiene standards.</p></li><li><p>Define the goals in areas of responsibility for short- and long-term performance. Oversee implementation of goals so that Flex can continue to be best in class.</p></li><li><p>Oversee management of administrative services.</p></li><li><p>Coordinates with vendors to meet organizational needs.</p></li><li><p>Manage vendor relationships.
