Our teams consist of English, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Russian and French speaking Service Desk Specialists from beginners to highly skilled professionals.</span></p><p></p><p><b><i>The Opportunity</i></b></p><ul><li><p>Provide<span> first level support for software and hardware incidents and service requests for MAC, Windows and Google environments via multiple channels (e.g. by telephone, email, chat, self service portal, ticketing application).</span></p></li><li><p>Give<span> your best to represent the End Users’ needs and issues, escalate situations as required.</span></p></li><li><p>Keep<span> users informed on the status of their request and guide for their best satisfaction and productivity.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><i>Who you are</i></b></p><p></p><p><span>We are looking for someone who is self motivated, really passionate about his or her job and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization. As an ideal team member you are open-minded, dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development. Furthermore, you have:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>University education in IT or related discipline is preferred</span></p></li><li><p><span>1.5 - 2 years of experience in call center, help desk, or IT desk-side support</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with Apple and Microsoft operating systems, Google suite, Microsoft Office products, SAP, Sharepoint, corporate networks, and video conferencing systems</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong troubleshooting, task prioritization, and problem-solving skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluency in German</span> <span>and </span>English</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><i>In exchange we provide you with</i></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Development opportunities: Roche is rich in learning resources.
