This is an opportunity to shape how safety is experienced day-to-day, influence decision-making, and contribute to protecting lives in a meaningful way.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>In this role, you’ll act as a trusted EHS partner, providing expert guidance, strengthening our safety culture, and driving continuous improvement across operations.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>You’ll work closely with colleagues across the organization and play a key role in bringing our values to life: Persistent pioneers, Embracing change, Boosted by the team, Protecting lives every day.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>What you’ll be doing</span></b></p><p><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Acting as the EHS subject matter expert within Drug Product </span></li><li><span>Partnering with stakeholders to ensure compliance while enabling safe and efficient operations </span></li><li><span>Identifying, assessing, and mitigating EHS risks—including chemical and process-related risks </span></li><li><span>Leading EHS impact assessments and supporting Change Control processes </span></li><li><span>Driving high-quality incident reporting and investigations, ensuring effective and sustainable preventive actions </span></li><li><span>Supporting and continuously improving our EHS Management System, processes, and training </span></li><li><span>Coaching colleagues and conducting inspections to strengthen safety performance and compliance </span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>What you bring</span></b></p><p><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>A solid understanding of EHS management systems, tools, and practices (through education or experience) </span></li><li><span>2–3 years’ experience in an EHS role </span></li><li><span>Strong knowledge of EU and Danish EHS regulations </span></li><li><span>Experience in a regulated environment (e.g. pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing) is an advantage </span></li><li><span>The ability to communicate clearly, build relationships, and influence at all levels </span></li><li><span>Fluency in English </span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>Why join us?</span></b></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>At Bavarian Nordic, you’ll be part of a purpose-driven company where your work directly contributes to global health.
