If you are excited about a role but don&#39;t meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p><i>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an <b><u>EH&amp;S </u></b><b><u>Manager </u></b>located in <b><u>Guadalajara, South</u></b>. </i></p><p></p><p><i>Reporting to the <b>EH&amp;S Director</b>, this role involves</i> <i>being responsible for providing immediate supervision to a group of employees for the implementation of complex activities related to the efficient management of Environmental Health &amp; Safety programs in offices and manufacturing sites in order to ensure that the required company and government standards and regulations are met.</i></p><p></p><p><b><span>What a typical day looks like:</span></b></p><ul><li><i>Manage, through subordinate supervisors, the coordination of Environmental Health &amp; Safety (EH&amp;S) programs in offices, manufacturing sites, and plants with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods, and employees.  </i></li><li><i>Develop and administer budgets, schedules, and performance requirements.</i></li><li><i>Conduct meetings involving environmental safety, training and awareness programs.</i></li><li><i>Oversee proper maintenance of buildings, furniture and fixtures in accordance to federal, state and local regulations.</i></li><li><i>Provide direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance and act as advisor to unit, or sub-units and get involved as required to meet schedules or resolve problems.</i></li><li><i>Establish and recommend changes to policies which affect subordinate organization(s).</i></li><li><i>Interact frequently with subordinate supervisors, customers and/or functional peer group managers.</i></li><li><i>Manage budget and schedule for moderately complex EH&amp;S activities, including costs of contract labor, equipment and materials.</i></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</span></b></p><ul><li><i>Bachelor´s Degree in Environmental Engineering or Industrial Safet or equivalent work experience.</i></li><li><i>Experience in similar position in Electronic Manufacturing or Plastics, metals.</i></li><li><i>Knowledge in the implementation of NO35 - STPS.</i></li><li><i>Fluent English spoken and written.</i></li><li><i>Knowledge in LOTO implementation.</i></li><li><i>Database management (statistics).</i></li><li><i>Knowledge of ISO 14000 &amp; ISO 45000.</i></li><li><i>Implementation of the self-management program of the labor secretary.</i></li><li><i>Proven experience in clean industry implementation.</i></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Competitive Salary.</span></li><li><span>Life &amp; Medical insurance.</span></li><li><span>Christmas Bonus.</span></li><li><span>Food Coupons.</span></li><li><span>Saving Fund.</span></li></ul><p>SC69</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Category</h2>Operations<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Required Skills:</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Optional Skills:</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
