If you are excited about a role but don&#39;t meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p><span>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an </span><b><span>EHS </span></b><b><span>E</span></b><b><span>ngineer </span></b><span>located in </span><b><span>Suzhou</span></b><b><span>.</span></b></p><p></p><p><span>Reporting to the </span><b><span>Operations Director </span></b><span>the </span><b><span>EHS </span></b><b><span>E</span></b><b><span>ngineer </span></b><span>role involves</span> <span>site EHS &amp; Security management.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>What a typical day looks like</span></b><b><span>:</span></b></p><ul><li>Support the management team in EHS &amp; Security management to ensure compliance with regulatory, client, and supplier requirements.</li><li>Manage EHS Management of Change (MOC) for new buildings, equipment, processes, and layouts.</li><li>Promote EHS culture via targeted programs; conduct training needs assessments and design training plans to boost staff EHS awareness and skills.</li><li>Coordinate third-party audits and inspections; act as the primary contact for internal and external EHS performance audits.</li><li>Collaborate with teams to identify and rectify safety &amp; health hazards, and recommend improvement actions.</li><li>Lead or assist in EHS incident investigations, root cause analysis, and follow-up on corrective/preventive measures.</li><li>Maintain EHS documentation systems and emergency response plans; serve as the external liaison for EHS-related communications.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>The experience we’re looking to add to our team</b><b><span>:</span></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Health Sciences or equivalent;</li><li>solid knowledge of EHS regulations.</li><li>Minimum 6 years of EHS-related work experience.</li><li>Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Project software.</li><li>Preferred: Environmental and Safety Engineer qualification; emergency medical</li><li>and Hazmat certifications a plus.</li><li>Strong operational, technical, and stakeholder management skills; deep understanding of EHS functions and business strategic impact.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What you’ll receive for the great work you provide</span></b>:</p><ul><li>Social Insurance</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>PTO</li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Category</h2>Operations<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Required Skills:</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Optional Skills:</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
