Job Description
The Education Operational Data Analyst plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision making across Education Business Operations. This role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and usability of operational data used to manage workload, revenue visibility, and system performance.
As Education operations expand to support new offerings and evolving service models, the analyst provides the analytical foundation needed to sustain operational performance and support transformation initiatives.
This position supports operational insights, workload modeling, and reporting. The role integrates data across multiple systems, conducts quantitative analysis, and translates findings into clear insights that enable leadership to make informed operational and strategic decisions.
In addition to reporting and analysis, the analyst plays a key role in identifying system defects, quantifying operational impacts, improving data quality, and supporting the scalability of Education operational infrastructure.
This role is essential for maintaining Education Business Operations analytics, ensuring reporting accuracy, and enabling high quality data driven decision making.
As EDU workload, throughput, and system initiatives expand, new offerings adoption, and tooling enhancements, the Education Operational Data Analyst provides the analytical foundation needed to maintain operational performance and support transformation efforts.
The analyst supports operational insights, revenue visibility, workload modeling, and reporting consistency. The role also conducts research, consolidates data, and uses statistical and analytical methods to deliver insights that help leadership make informed decisions. This position plays a key role in identifying system defects, quantifying operational impacts, optimizing tools and databases, and communicating results across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Analytics & Reporting
Develop, maintain and enhance operational dashboards and reporting used to monitor Education business performance.
Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across data sources including LMS, SAP, and operational analytics tools.
Monitor throughput, workload capacity, and operational performance trends to support proactive operational planning.
Provide visibility into revenue processing and operational bottlenecks.
Workload Modeling & Forecasting
Build and maintain workload and capacity models to forecast staffing and operational throughput needs.
Analyze transaction volumes, workload drivers, and operational demand trends.
Support leadership planning with data-driven projections and scenario modeling.
Operational Insight & Decision Support
Conduct quantitative analysis to identify operational trends, performance risks, and improvement opportunities.
Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for operational leaders.
Prepare executive-ready summaries and presentations that support strategic decision making.
System & Data Integrity
Identify and investigate data discrepancies, system defects, and reporting inconsistencies.
Quantify operational and financial impacts of system changes, defects, and new offerings.
Partner with technical teams and system owners to improve data flows, reporting reliability, and operational tooling.
Process Improvement & Transformation Support
Support operational transformation initiatives through analytical insight and process analysis.
Identify productivity improvement opportunities through workload and process analysis.
Contribute to scalability initiatives as operational volume and complexity increase.
Additional Responsibilities
Acquire and consolidate data from multiple operational and financial systems.
Maintain and optimize operational datasets, databases, and reporting structures.
Conduct statistical analysis and business scenario modeling to support operational decision making.
Communicate analytical findings to cross-functional stakeholders including operations, leadership, and technical teams.
What Will Set You Apart
Experience supporting operations in education services, professional services, or revenue operations environments.
Strong background in workload modeling, capacity planning, or operational forecasting.
Advanced experience with data visualization or analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL based reporting tools.
Experience analyzing data from Learning Management Systems (LMS), ERP systems, or workflow platforms.
Experience supporting system enhancement initiatives, defect analysis, or operational process optimization.
Ability to translate complex data analysis into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations.
Demonstrated success improving reporting accuracy, data quality, or operational consistency.
High learning agility and ability to quickly understand new systems, data structures, and operational processes.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional operational, technical, or product teams.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field.

The base pay range for this position is:
$93,680 - $128,810Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
