EC Marketing Manager

<p style="text-align:inherit">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><h2><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b></h2><h2><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b>     </h2><h2>The mission of the position is to build brands in e-Commerce platforms through the integration of brand resources and EC customer eco-system and provide the best content experience along consumer decision journey, to drive business growth and accelerate market share growth.</h2><h2></h2><h2><b>Five Main Responsibilities:</b></h2><p>40% Develop attractive and professional content with variety tools such as livestreaming, short video, content page (including KOL/HCP content)</p><p>30% Content investment ROI control and tracking</p><p>15% Work with MKT team on product content and brand content develop and upgrade</p><p>10% Optimize Flagship store UED to enhance consumer experience with upgraded content.</p><p>5% Competition environment analysis</p><h2></h2><h2><b>Major Responsibilities/Activities:</b></h2><ul><li>Responisble for the annual Content plan including HCP and KOL content in EC platform to build and increase brand/product awareness and WOM.</li><li>Explore content models on Social Commerce platform like TikTok.</li><li>Drive excellent planning and implemention on content of key EC carnival to drive business result.</li><li>Work closely with MKT team on new product launch content develop, routine content upgrade.</li><li>Continue upgrading UED and enhance consumer experience with professional content.</li><li>Competition environment analysis and upgrade.</li><li>Help TMKT head to grow business from a channel perspective.
