Role Overview Legend Biotech is seeking an experienced Early Talent Recruiting &amp; Program Manager (Contract) to support our Early Career Talent Acquisition initiatives with primary focus on university recruiting execution and Intern/Co-op Program Management support with a strong focus on identifying and developing high-potential, culture-add candidates with future leadership capability. This position plays a critical role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top interns, co-ops, and high-potential early-career talent from leading universities across multiple science disciplines. Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Sourcing <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage Early Career Requisitions and lead the attraction and hiring of interns, co-ops, and early-career talent across R&amp;D, Manufacturing, and Commercial.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Execute full-cycle recruiting for future Hi-Po leadership talent, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder communication, and offer management.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner closely with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs and design targeted early-career sourcing strategies.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Leverage data and market insights to continuously improve candidate quality, diversity, and time-to-fill</li> </ul> University Relations &amp; Employer Branding <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Actively represent Legend Biotech at career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and targeted student organization engagements.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build and maintain strong partnerships with top universities, faculty, and career services teams to strengthen long-term pipelines.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support the development of compelling early-career messaging and branding that highlights Legend’s culture, mission, and career opportunities.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate logistics and execution for on-campus and virtual recruiting events</li> </ul> Intern &amp; Co-op Program Management (Recommendations Integrated) <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Serve as a thought partner and contribute to the design, execution, and continuous improvement of Legend’s intern and co-op programs.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support planning and delivery of structured intern/co-op experiences, including:</li> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Onboarding and orientation programming</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Intern engagement events, learning sessions, and networking opportunities</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">End-of-program feedback and evaluations.</li> </ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to the scaling and evolution of high-potential early-career programs, with particular focus on MBA, PhD, and MS/MA pipelines.</li> </ul> Decision Making <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Selection and hiring recommendations for high-potential early-career candidates</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Programmatic enhancements to improve the candidate and intern experience</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Recruitment process improvements and operational efficiencies</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Candidate and HM communication strategy and best practices</li> </ul> <div class="col-xs-12 no-horiz-padding">Requirements</div> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree required; Human Resources, Business or Communications/Marketing preferred.</li> <li class="col-xs-12 no-horiz-padding" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3-5 years’ experience in Early Talent/University Recruitment ideally in a global environment.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Intern program management preferred.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated knowledge of early-career recruiting models, intern/co-op programs, and university partnerships.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders, universities, and external vendors.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
