You collaborate with the Early in Career (EiC) Partners and multiple stakeholders across all areas of the business to plan and execute EiC activities that build and develop sustainable, diverse early talent pipelines to fill the future hiring needs of our businesses.</p><p></p><p>As a qualified expert, you are:</p><ul><li><p><b>Supporting </b>the implementation of EiC activities aligned to the overall global frameworks/strategies in close collaboration with the EiC Partner and the P&amp;C network </p></li><li><p><b>Working</b> with the EiC partner and universities to develop and coordinate strategic/tactical approaches to engage the right talents</p></li><li><p><b>Assisting </b>with design, curation, and implementation of program activities within the EiC programs </p></li><li><p><span><b>Supporting</b> Early in Career events including logistics and vendor management</span></p></li><li><p><span><b>Collaborating </b>with Talent Marketing on branding material creation</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b><i>Who you are:</i></b></span></p><p><span><b>You bring the following skills and competencies:</b></span></p><ul><li><p><b>EiC Expertise:</b> 1-2 years of experience in an Early in Career function (or similar).</p></li><li><p><b>Agile &amp; Organized:</b> Experience in project management, with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p><b>Data-Driven:</b> A strong ability to leverage data and analytics to stay ahead of future talent trends.</p></li><li><p><b>Cross-cultural Collaboration: </b>Experience in working effectively across different geographies, divisions, and multicultural environments within a complex matrix organization.</p></li><li><p><b>Systems Thinking:</b> A collaborative team player who uses system thinking to ensure end-to-end delivery and global alignment.</p></li><li><p><b>Growth Mindset:</b> A deep passion for early talent, learning, and growth, combined with a hands-on mentality to get things done independently.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><i><b>In exchange we provide you with:</b></i></p><ul><li><p><b>Development opportunities:</b> Roche is rich in learning resources.
