Responsibilities include: conducting system research on national and regional medical insurance policies, analyzing their impacts, formulating response strategies, conducting training, engaging with government departments, and collaborating with related teams.

Requirements

Master's degree or above in Public Health, Health Insurance Management, Pharmaceutical Policy or related fields. Relevant experience in government affairs or market access in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry. Excellent policy analysis and report writing skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Adaptability for cross-departmental collaboration. Good English proficiency. Project management or training experience preferred.
