<h1><b>Role Summary</b></h1><p></p><p>This position is intended to centralize and manage planning master data within Supply Chain Planning, bringing together responsibilities under one point of accountability. The E2E Master Data Manager oversees assigned global brands, maintaining data quality, governance, and availability for planning activities.</p><p>Beyond operational ownership, this role drives the behavioral and organizational shift required to move from fragmented, manual data maintenance to centralized, AI enabled, exception based data management. The E2E Master Data Manager partners closely with Planning, Digital, and Business leaders to translate the NexGen vision into sustainable ways of working, ensuring master data becomes a true enabler of automation, network planning, and decision intelligence.</p><p></p><p><b>Connection to NexGen Strategy:</b></p><p>The NexGen Supply Planning program is transforming our operating model from vertical, site-based planning to horizontal, end-to-end network planning, leveraging automation and prioritization based on master data parameters (Top vs. Standard products). The E2E Master Data Manager role is a cornerstone of this transformation because:</p><ul><li><p>Master Data as the Foundation: NexGen relies on accurate, standardized planning parameters (lot sizing, lead times, sourcing rules) to enable automated decision-making and exception-based planning. This role ensures those parameters are correct and centrally managed.</p></li><li><p>Driving Automation & AI Enablement: By enforcing governance and quality, this role accelerates the shift from manual interventions to fit for purpose agentic AI-driven processes.</p></li><li><p>Scaling the Intelligent Data Factory: This role operationalizes the Intelligent Data Factory, a key enabler of NexGen to move toward autonomous planning.</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>Role Responsibilities</b></h1><p></p><ul><li><p><b>End to End Data Ownership & Quality Accountability</b></p><ul><li><p>Own all critical planning master data domains necessary for Maestro to operate efficiently (e.g., item/location master, routings, calendars, lead times, lot sizes, safety stock, sourcing rules).</p></li><li><p>Enforce data standards, validation rules, approval workflows, and change controls, ensuring transparency, auditability, and lineage across systems.</p></li><li><p>Drive root cause elimination for recurring data issues, prioritizing systemic fixes over manual corrections.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><b>AI & Automation Enablement</b></p><ul><li><p>Position master data as a foundational asset for AI driven and automated planning, ensuring parameters are fit for purpose for optimization, simulation, and agentic AI use cases.</p></li><li><p>Partner with Data Owners, Digital, and Advanced Analytics teams to:</p><ul><li><p>Enable parameter automation and mass recalibration</p></li><li><p>Reduce manual interventions through rules based and AI enabled controls</p></li><li><p>Progressively move humans from “in the loop” to “on / out of the loop”</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Define clear guardrails for where human judgment adds value versus where automation should dominate, reinforcing NexGen’s exception based planning model.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><b>Operating Model Design & Scaling</b></p><ul><li><p>Continuously refine the future state operating model for centralized planning master data management in a NexGen environment.</p></li><li><p>Clarify roles, responsibilities, and interfaces between Network Planners, Site Planners, RSSC, and central data teams.</p></li><li><p>Define capability, governance, and tooling requirements to support long term scalability and sustainability.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><b>Change Leadership & Transformation Ownership</b></p><ul><li><p>Act as a change leader for NexGen Supply Planning, driving the transition from local, manual master data ownership to a centralized, standardized, and automated operating model.</p></li><li><p>Shape and communicate a clear enterprise narrative for planning master data, aligning stakeholders on why the change is needed and how it supports NexGen outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Lead the adoption of new ways of working, ensuring master data management evolves in step with NexGen process, system, and organizational changes.</p></li><li><p>Anticipate organizational, process, and capability barriers to automation and proactively drive mitigation plans.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><b>Senior Stakeholder Management & Governance Leadership</b></p><ul><li><p>Serve as the single accountable owner for planning master data across the end to end supply chain, interfacing with senior stakeholders in Network Planning, Site Planning, RSSC, Digital, and Business Units.</p></li><li><p>Establish and lead cross functional governance forums to drive alignment, prioritization, decision making, and escalation.</p></li><li><p>Manage trade offs between global standardization and local business needswith a strong enterprise mindset.</p></li><li><p>Act as the primary escalation point for master data risks impacting NexGen planning stability, service levels, or automation effectiveness.</p></li></ul></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>Qualifications</b></h1><p></p><ul><li><p>Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology or related field is required; Master’s degree is a plus. 6+ years of experience in master data management, preferably in planning systems.</p></li><li><p>Supply Chain & Analytics Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management and advanced analytics. Familiarity with supply chain planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis Maestro, SAP IBP).</p></li><li><p>Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Proven ability to build compelling narratives to drive adoption of new solutions and to influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.</p></li><li><p>Collaboration: Strong collaboration and networking skills, with experience working across global and local teams. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners.</p></li><li><p>Analytical Thinking: Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities.
