<h3>Job Title</h3>E-Commerce Marketing Leader<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Main Products: Consumer Goods - Personal Care Electronics</p><p></p><p><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></p><p><span>As EC Marketing Head, In this role, you have the opportunity to participate at a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of people in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Consumer Health Technology;</span></p><p><span>You are responsible for Support EC marketing related activities across different ec channels, including Tmall, JD, and Douyin etc. Leverage resource to increase market share and coordinate resource allocation, achieve sustainable e-commence business growth through the winning strategy, capable account portfolio, effective cross-functional collaboration.</span></p><p><br /><b>Minimum required Education:</b><br />Bachelor&#39;s/ Master&#39;s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce Management or equivalent.<br /><br /><b>Minimum required Experience:</b><br />Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor&#39;s OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master&#39;s in areas such as Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Marketing Research, B2B, B2C, or B2G Marketing, Brand Management, New Product Launches, Campaign Management or equivalent.<br /><br /><b>Preferred Skills:</b><br />• Campaign Management<br />• Brand Management<br />• Marketing Analytics<br />• Omnichannel Customer Engagement<br />• Strategic Planning<br />• People Management<br />• Budget Management<br />• Integrated Marketing Communications<br />• Business Acumen<br />• Segmentation and Targeting<br />• Stakeholder Management<br />• Customer Satisfaction Techniques<br />• Training Program Management</p><p><br /><b>How we work together</b><br />We believe that we are better together than apart.
