About the Role
As a DSP Technician II, you will support the manufacturing of biopharmaceutical products in a cGMP environment. You will execute downstream processing activities, ensure accurate GMP documentation, and act as an equipment owner within your technical expertise. This role is key to maintaining product quality and regulatory compliance for clinical and commercial manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Perform downstream processing unit operations (e.g. chromatography, filtration, UF/DF) in a cleanroom environment under cGMP conditions
Accurately complete and maintain GMP documentation during production
Act as equipment owner, including maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and documentation
Support implementation of new procedures and equipment
Identify and communicate process or equipment issues in a timely manner
Assist with validation activities and execution of CAPAs
Train and support colleagues on unit operations and equipment use
Ensure compliance with cGMP, quality systems, and EH&S requirements
Requirements
MBO level education (or equivalent) in Biotechnology, Process Technology, or a related field
Experience or knowledge of downstream bioprocessing operations
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Flexible and disciplined approach to work in a manufacturing environment
