If you are excited about a role but don&#39;t meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p><span>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a </span><b><span>DQE </span></b><span>located in <b>S</b></span><b><span>henzhen Nanshan</span></b><b><span>.</span></b></p><p></p><p><span>Reporting to the </span><b><span>Sr. DQE Manager</span></b><b><span>,</span></b> <span>the </span><b><span>DQE</span></b><b><span>’s</span></b> <span>role involves… </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>What a typical day looks like:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Review customer product specification and reliability requirement document, develop Power Supply (PSU), Power Shelf (PS), Rack and BBU qualification test plan (including product functional, climatic environmental and reliability test requirements)</span></li><li><span>Follow DQE test plan to perform the DQE test at designated design stages (before the product is released into manufacturing) and finish the test on time</span></li><li><span>Optimize some test method and equipment fixture</span></li><li><span>Perform failure analysis for the test failure / issue occur during DQE test and propose the corrective action if possible.</span></li><li><span>Prepare DQE test report after DQE test</span></li><li><span>Assess design team corrective action and conduct verification test for the DQE test issue.</span></li><li><span>Review and track the project issue with design team and follow it until the issue is closed.</span></li><li><span>Conduct DQE test list (part): </span></li></ul><p><span>Environment tests: including humidity &amp; temperature related test, thermal shock, temperature cycling, altitude test, etc.</span> <span>Mechanical tests: including vibration, shock, drop, package, Seismic, Connector cycling test, etc.</span> <span>ATE Functional test.</span> <span>Strife Test</span> <span>HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Testing) </span> <span>Demonstrated MTBF / BBU Endurance Test</span> <span>Power on/off cycling test, BBU charge / discharge cycling test</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>4~6 years (or above) reliability testing experience on Power Supply (PSU), Power Shelf (PS), Rack and BBU product test. </span></li><li><span>A</span><span> few years test experience for Power Shelf (PS) level and Rack level reliability test, environmental test, mechanical. </span></li><li><span>Be</span><span> familiar with Python, C&#43;&#43; and VB, etc. (Auto-test program for PSU/PS and BBU Environmental test, etc.)</span></li><li><span>Be </span><span>familiar with software: PTC Windchill Quality Solution</span></li><li><span>Prefer to have t</span><span>esting experience with international companies, such as Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, NVidia etc.</span></li><li><span>Prefer to have experience with power supply and BBU Firmware reliability test.</span></li><li><span>Need to have strong failure analysis skill. </span></li><li><span>Strong understanding of testing process and test methods.</span></li><li><span>Familiar with the test equipment, such as AC/DC Source, E-Load, Chamber, vibration Tester, etc.</span></li><li><span>Familiar with some test standard requirements such as IPC9592B, ISTA series, etc.</span></li><li><span>Understanding of failure / issue tracking process.</span></li><li><span>Prefer fluent English communication ability</span></li><li><span>Be able to work under pressure</span></li><li><span>Good interpersonal skills</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What you’ll receive for the great work you provide: </span></b></p><ul><li><span>Social Insurance</span></li><li><span>Life Insurance</span></li><li><span>PTO</span></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Category</h2>Design, Process &amp; Technology Engineering<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Required Skills:</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Optional Skills:</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
