What Customer Service Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through customer orders, and requests.
Customer Service Operations – Document Processor/Intake Team is responsible for providing services to customers relating to document and order processing; delivery; general and product inquiry and order discrepancy.
Job Summary
The Document Processor manages documents received. Assists with document reporting to ensure all documents are processed appropriately. Manages faxes in sorting capacities. Ability to identify, document and create Adverse Event reports resulting from receipt of documentation. Demonstrates flexibility in satisfying patient needs in a high-volume productive environment to meet the Programs Service Level requirements. Consistently adheres to all business and safety procedures and guidelines.
Responsibilities
Review documents through inbound faxes received.
Searches a detailed activity report of Pharmacy orders and navigate through assigned cases
Data Entry
Qualifications
1 or more years of experience in working in a customer service oriented and fast-paced environment
Done with 2nd year college or SHS graduate
Has intermediate knowledge/utilization of MS office applications and productivity tools
Can easily navigate and toggle between screens and systems to complete tasks
Has intermediate communication skills, both verbal and written
Has good interpersonal and critical thinking skills
Is keen to details, has organization skills and sense of urgency
Must be willing to work on US hours and hybrid set-up in BGC
