Document Process Specialist

<p style="text-align:inherit">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><h2><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b></h2><div><div></div><h2><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h2></div><div><div><div><div><ul><li><h2>Working within the confines of the Abbott Quality Assurance policy as well as domestic and international regulatory requirements, writes, edits, and formats a wide variety of assigned documents.</h2></li><li><p>Collaborates with marketing, regulatory, and department leads, among others, to ensure accuracy and completeness.</p></li><li><p>Coordinates with our translation service for documentation translation projects.</p></li><li><p>Leads projects to improve departmental processes that require cooperation from other functional groups.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoots existing processes with functional groups.</p></li><li><p>Remains current on process developments in and knowledge of the company&#39;s policies, and objectives, including regulatory requirements and restrictions.</p></li><li><p>Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management</p></li><li><p>Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p>Complies with Company policies, operating procedures, processes, task assignments and other regulatory and OEC requirements. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications/Education/Experience:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor&#39;s Degree.
