You will have access to:</span></p><ul><li><span>Career development with an international company where you can grow the career you dream of.</span></li><li><span>A company recognized as a great place to work in dozens of countries around the world and named one of the most admired companies in the world by Fortune.</span></li><li><span>A company that is recognized as one of the best big companies to work for as well as a best place to work for diversity, working mothers, female executives, and scientists.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The Opportunity</b></p><ul><li><span>Effective exceution and support on the Quality Records activities in the Documentation Control area, via the receiving, processing, scanning, review, and archiving of quality records.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><span> </span><b>What You’ll Do</b></p><ul><li><span>Ensure that all change requests comply with procedure requirements.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate and control the processing of all documentation change requests, procedures, and appropriate documentation.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate implementation of change requests with all affected areas/facilities.</span></li><li><span>Prioritize and schedule completion of approved change requests.</span></li><li><span>Work with remote facilities as necessary to assist in changes that affect multiple locations.</span></li><li><span>Maintain appropriate logs and records, if required.</span></li><li><span>Provide assistance to change requestors in updating documents, creating or updating Bills of Materials, parts, routers and submitting change requests, etc.</span></li><li><span>Support the translation of controlled documents between English and Spanish, writing, editing, and maintaining the documentation requiring translation in a controlled fashion.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><span>Education:  Bachelor&#39;s degree.</span></li><li><span>&#43;1 or 2 years professional experience </span></li><li><span>English language is required, skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks. </span></li><li><span>Excellent management of office </span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><p>Ideally knowledge of Witchill and SAP.</p><p>Management experience with international teams</p><p></p><p><span>Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
