Director/Sr. Director, Business Development

<div><!--block--><strong>The Role: </strong>BigHat Biosciences is seeking an exceptional Business Development professional, level commensurate with skill set and experience, to drive our corporate development and partnering and ensure BigHat is a partner of choice.<br><br>The goals and responsibilities of this position include:&nbsp;</div><div><!--block--><br></div><ul><li><!--block-->Execute on business development strategy to achieve exceptional key results aligned with corporate objectives and our mission to design next-generation antibodies for patients</li><li><!--block-->Assess the AI protein therapeutic, oncology, and I&amp;I landscape to continually understand BigHat’s position and opportunities for differentiation</li><li><!--block-->Develop compelling materials that clearly communicate BigHat’s value proposition and opportunities for platform collaborations and licensing of pipeline assets</li><li><!--block-->Identify and build relationships with prospective partners leveraging a deep engagement and science-forward approach</li><li><!--block-->Advance prospective partner discussions to value-generating collaboration and/or licensing agreements</li></ul><div><!--block--><br></div><div><!--block-->This role reports directly to the Chief Business Officer, works closely with BigHat’s executives, platform, and pipeline teams along with external parties.&nbsp;</div>
