Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is searching for the best talent for a Director, US State Policy. This role will be remote and can be located anywhere in the US.
Job Description:
As a core member of the State Policy team, the Director, US State Policy is responsible for the development and execution of policy positions and advocacy initiatives, using a consensus approach with strategic external and internal relationships. The Director will drive a policy portfolio of high visibility pharmaceutical and medical device public policy issues related to our core assets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position supports a portfolio of high visibility public policy issues requiring expertise and experience of U.S.-based health care costs and affordability, coverage & reimbursement of pharmaceutical and medical device products, insurance coverage and benefit design including Medicaid, payment and delivery system reform, value assessment and the regulation of emerging and digital technologies.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$150,000.00 - $258,750.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
