Job ResponsibilitiesClient Management & Business Development<ul><li>Serve as senior point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, lasting partnerships.</li><li>Identify and implement tailored solutions aligned to client needs and strategic priorities.</li><li>Represent the organization in governance meetings and lead proposal development and bid defense strategies.</li></ul>Project Delivery<ul><li>Own strategy and execution across complex clinical research projects.</li><li>Conduct regular reviews (risk, financial, and delivery) to maintain project health.</li><li>Leverage analytics for proactive risk mitigation and drive excellence in delivery performance.</li></ul>Financial Stewardship<ul><li>Ensure budget accuracy, profitability, and appropriate scope management.</li><li>Oversee resource planning, negotiate change orders, and align financial and operational strategies.</li></ul>Leadership & Team Development<ul><li>Cultivate a collaborative, high-performance culture across cross-functional teams.</li><li>Mentor project leaders, empowering independent problem-solving and continuous growth.</li><li>Support onboarding, training, and performance optimization efforts.</li></ul>Quality & Compliance<ul><li>Ensure delivery of compliant, high-quality studies aligned with ICH/GCP and FDA regulations.</li><li>Lead data-driven reviews to mitigate risks and resolve quality concerns.</li></ul>Strategic Initiatives & Innovation<ul><li>Drive corporate and departmental initiatives focused on efficiency and innovation.</li><li>Support change management related to systems, tools, and processes.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).</li><li>10–12 years of progressive experience in clinical research within a pharmaceutical, CRO, or biotech environment.</li><li>Extensive project leadership and client relationship management experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH/GCP guidelines.</li><li>Proven ability to deliver large, complex projects on time and within budget.</li><li>Exceptional financial, strategic, and leadership skills.</li></ul>Let me know if you'd like to tailor this for a specific company or location—or if you want a version that reads more like a LinkedIn job post! 🌟Get to know Syneos HealthOver the past 5 years, we have worked with 94% of all Novel FDA Approved Drugs, 95% of EMA Authorized Products and over 200 Studies across 73,000 Sites and 675,000+ Trial patients.No matter what your role is, you’ll take the initiative and challenge the status quo with us in a highly competitive and ever-changing environment.
