Seconded to the Novartis Foundation (Japan) for the Promotion of Science (the Novartis Foundation Japan) to carry out the operation of the Novartis Foundation Japan’s as its secretary general.<p style="text-align:inherit"><br /> </p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description</b></p><p><b><span style="font-size:10pt">Job Responsibilities</span></b><span style="font-size:10pt">:</span></p><ul><li><p><span style="font-size:10pt">Provide leadership, oversight, and direction for Novartis Japan philanthropic partnerships.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:10pt">Provide strategic counsel and expertise to support the development and implementation of future strategic philanthropic partnerships.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:10pt">Monitor and share philanthropic and policy trends and advancements including approaches, metrics &amp; evaluation, and insights to drive innovation, impact, best practices, efficiency, and growth.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:10pt">Drive the development and implementation of metrics &amp; evaluations systems to maximize impact and efficiency of philanthropic programs.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:10pt">Prepare strategic content including memos, presentations, reports, communications, and updates for senior leadership on Japan philanthropic strategy, programs, and partnerships.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:10pt">Collaborate closely with global Social Impact &amp;
