We are also advancing a broad portfolio of early stage ADCs pursuing undisclosed solid tumor targets.</span></p></div><p><strong><u>Position Overview</u></strong></p> <p>The Director of Pipeline Marketing offers a unique opportunity for an experienced, driven, and innovative individual who thrives at the intersection of science, strategy, and commercialization. This role will serve as the Pipeline Marketing lead for early-stage programs and own Competitive Intelligence (CI) capabilities for Immunome.</p> <p>The individual will play a critical role in shaping the commercial foundation of early pipeline assets and supporting advancement of a growing portfolio in an increasingly competitive landscape. Working closely with cross-functional partners across Research, Clinical, Medical, and Business Development, this role ensures program strategy is informed by a rigorous understanding of the competitive and market environment.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is highly strategic, analytically strong, and comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving biotech organization where early insights meaningfully influence development and investment decisions.</p> <p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as pipeline marketing lead on early-stage program(s).</li> <li>Partner with clinical development to provide commercial input on development strategies for the pipeline and commercial aspects of clinical development.</li> <li>Lead commercial assessments & business case development for clinical investment decisions including analysis of current and future treatment paradigms, competitive landscape, unmet needs, positioning, and overall commercial potential.</li> <li>Lead competitive intelligence to support varegacestat launch preparation, including monitoring of competitive activity in desmoid tumors, assessment of evolving treatment paradigms, and generation of insights to support a successful and differentiated commercial launch.</li> <li>Lead competitive intelligence in support of the broader pipeline, providing structured assessments of competitive landscapes, emerging assets, and market dynamics to inform indication prioritization, development strategy, and portfolio planning.</li> <li>Develop and deliver high-impact CI outputs (competitive landscapes, competitor profiles, and clinical benchmarking, and scenario analysis) that translate complex data into clear strategic implications.</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Research, Clinical, Medical, and Business Development teams to ensure competitive insights are embedded into decision-making, development planning, and long-term strategy.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred.</li> <li>A minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry; Oncology experience required.</li> <li>Launch experience preferred; US & Global experience preferred.</li> <li>A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Pipeline Marketing, New Product Planning and/or Competitive Intelligence.</li> <li>Travel 20%+ with weekend travel.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Knowledge and Skills</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated cross functional teamwork capabilities.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide range of audiences.</li> <li>Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence without authority.</li> <li>Excellent strategic and analytical thinking abilities.</li> <li>Agile and adaptable with a growth mindset.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Washington State Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$185,100</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$250,882 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><u>E/E/O</u></strong></p> <p>Immunome, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
