Position Summary
The Director of Strategic Partnerships – Logistics & Comparator Services is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and managing high-value partnerships with global logistical and comparator partners. This position plays a critical role in aligning external capabilities with Catalent’s operational excellence, quality standards, and commercial objectives to support the Clinical & Specialty Services Segment. The Director will provide strategic oversight of logistics and comparator sourcing partners, ensuring best-in-class service delivery across diverse client portfolios, therapeutic areas, and trial designs. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, resilience, and long-term growth through robust vendor strategies.

Pay:
The annual pay range for this position in New Jersey is $177,700-$257,000
The final salary offered to a successful candidate may vary, and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc. Catalent is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
