Senior Structural Engineer

1. According to the company's current technology and product production needs to complete the structural design, responsible for product structure design, as well as the communication and evaluation between the later mold design, to ensure the use of product performance; 2. Be responsible for R & D and design of new product structure, including the whole R & D process of structure scheme design, 3D product model design, drawing details and other design documents preparation, prototype trial production tracking, etc; 3. Undertake the detailed design of product structure and parts, prototype development, commissioning and related work; 4. Be responsible for mold evaluation, structure improvement and cost control, follow up new product sample, test and validation; 5. Responsible for product BOM structure, related drawings, product technical standards and other technical documentation preparation and output; 6. Be responsible for the improvement of structure and process design in the product life cycle, support the improvement of quality problems in mass production, be responsible for the production tracking, mold debugging, production support and on-site problem solving in the later stage of the product; Participate in die tracking, mold review, design change, tolerance analysis and DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) inspection, etc; 7. Research and explore new processes and technologies, and apply them to the company's products.
