The Opportunity
Cala Health is seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team. The role will report to the Vice President of Marketing and will have direct reports. The Director of Marketing will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive adoption, penetration, and revenue growth. This role will drive commercial planning and integrated marketing campaigns for market leadership and to accelerate growth. The Director will work closely with cross functions, including Upstream Product Marketing, Customer facing functions, R&D, Regulatory and Legal to consistently deliver high-impact programs and solutions.
The compensation range for this role is market driven, with a salary range of $170,000 - $220,000. Additionally, we offer a robust benefits package. This offering is aligned with our overall compensation philosophy.
