As Director, HR Business Partner, you will serve as the strategic HR partner to the Vice Presidents of Operations within the CAD division. Supporting a diverse and complex organization, you will translate business strategy into an integrated people and organization agenda that enables growth, innovation and operational performance.
As a trusted advisor and coach to senior executives, you will bring an independent point of view, constructively challenge thinking and influence decisions related to organization effectiveness, leadership, talent, culture and workforce strategy. You will play a key role in shaping organizational capability and leading the people agenda through business transformation and change.
You will be a member of the respective business leadership teams and a senior member of the CAD HR Leadership Team, partnering broadly across the organization and HR function to deliver business outcomes.
This position reports to the Vice President, HR for CAD and is located at our Tewksbury, MA site.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $180,000.00–$219,500.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
