Director, HR Services Procurement Americas
This role is accountable for leading the HR Services Procurement category across the Americas, including North America and Latin America, representing approximately $1 billion in enterprise spend.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or other advanced degree is desirable.
Related Experience: Minimum of 10 years.

Travel Requirements
Approximately 10% domestic and international travel is required.
People Management Experience
A minimum of five years of people management experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an applicable field of study; an advanced degree is preferred, with an MBA considered a plus.
