We offer a dynamic workplace for employees to grow and develop their skills.</p><p>The Director of HCP Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing the HCP marketing strategy for&nbsp;Yorvipath&nbsp;to drive adoption, differentiation, and sustained growth. This role owns the end-to-end HCP marketing vision—translating clinical and customer insights into compelling strategies, campaigns, and experiences that influence prescribing behavior across personal and non-personal channels.&nbsp;</p><p>The Director partners closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Analytics, and Regulatory to ensure a cohesive, compliant, and high-impact go-to-market approach. This role is accountable for brand performance, message consistency, and executional excellence.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></h3><p><strong>Strategy &amp; Brand Leadership&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Own the HCP marketing strategy aligned to brand&nbsp;objectives&nbsp;and&nbsp;customer insights&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Translate clinical data into compelling, compliant narratives that resonate with priority HCP segments.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Serve as a strategic thought partner on&nbsp;brand&nbsp;direction, investment decisions, and performance optimization.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Field Force strategy and execution lead. Responsible for&nbsp;field sales&nbsp;messaging strategy and tactical execution.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Omnichannel &amp; Campaign Execution</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Support&nbsp;omnichannel HCP campaigns across personal promotion (sales force, speaker programs) and non-personal promotion (digital, CRM, email, paid media, congress).&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Partner with Sales leadership to ensure field tools, messaging, and deployment are&nbsp;optimized&nbsp;for impact with top-tier targets.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee congress strategy and&nbsp;tactical&nbsp;execution, including booth presence, symposia, and pre-/post-meeting engagement.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure seamless integration of HCP marketing with patient and payer strategies where&nbsp;appropriate.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Customer &amp; Performance Focus&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Leverage market research, analytics, and real-world insights to continuously refine segmentation, targeting, and messaging.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure effectiveness of HCP initiatives and inform agile optimization.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Drive a test-and-learn mindset to improve engagement, message pull-through, and ROI.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance to deliver&nbsp;timely, compliant materials without compromising strategic intent.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>People &amp; Agency Leadership&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Lead, mentor, and develop&nbsp;1 direct report&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Manage agency partners to ensure strategic alignment, quality, and on-time delivery.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.&nbsp;</li></ul> <p><strong>Required&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree&nbsp;required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech marketing experience, with significant HCP marketing leadership.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Proven experience leading brand strategy and omnichannel execution in a regulated environment.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of HCP engagement, sales force dynamics, and non-personal promotion.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to translate clinical data into impactful marketing strategies.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Launch experience&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Endocrinology, specialty, or rare disease experience&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Experience managing budgets.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Up to 25% Travel (including select weekends) may be&nbsp;required.&nbsp;</p><p></p><p><strong>Success Profile&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate is a&nbsp;<strong>strategic, decisive, and collaborative leader</strong>&nbsp;who can balance long-term vision with flawless execution.
