As part of rewiring our marketing approach we are standing up a GenAI-enabled Content Hub (Mosaic) focused on transforming our content supply chain. We are seeking a <b>Director (m/f/d)</b> to drive our European Market Content Transformation inclusive of enabling of Mosaic in Germany and support of other European content hubs (Omnichannel Service Center) and other content models. This position will lead the strategic development and execution of content initiatives for our European Markets region, including activating Germany for Mosaic launch with CASA and Germany cross-functional stakeholders, and overseeing the BMS Production team in Europe. In addition, this role will maximize the overall impact of Mosaic by overseeing it’s evolution in Germany, including the activation of rollout of additional brands, channels, technology, and content personalization.</p><p></p><h1><b>Responsibilities:</b></h1><ul><li>Embrace, build, and extend the AI-driven marketing vision including implementing and/or supporting European content models: Mosaic, OCSC, self-service, and agency. Work with BIT and European Markets to shape roadmaps for content model changes/scaling and content model rationalization.</li><li>Provide oversight of the Germany and European production team to deliver compliant, high-quality omnichannel digital assets at speed and scale across multiple markets/content models</li><li>Drive mobilization of Mosaic in Germany through discovery, alignment and focused planning including:<ul><li>Surfacing local realities, critical business, customer, or operational realities that could impact model design or serve as challenges/blockers</li><li>Providing input into sequencing or activation implications</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Drive activation and evolution of Mosaic in Germany, including:<ul><li>Understanding local nuances and business priorities</li><li>Selecting from the hub’s services and making key decisions on the market engagement model</li><li>Driving tailored activation plans including timing, sequencing, training, and support</li><li>Implementing feedback loops to optimize as we scale across brands (and potentially European markets)</li><li>Challenging teams on current content standards</li><li>Ongoing oversight of the market’s book of work to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and impact</li><li>Overseeing launch of additional brands, while streamlining and refining delivery at scale.</li></ul></li><li>Support EU implementation (outside of Germany) of the Omni-Channel Service Center (OCSC) content model as needed, especially Production support. Partner with BIT and European Markets to drive governance/decisions on how OCSC is aligned, where needed, to enterprise tech and processes. Work with CASA Change Management to identify and execute change plans.</li><li>Provide oversight of the Germany Content Specialist to ensure Germany’s content libraries are accurate, searchable, compliant, and activation-ready.</li></ul><p></p><h1><b>Requirements:</b></h1><ul><li>BA/BS required with advanced degree in business is preferred</li><li>Minimum of 6 years experience in European pharmaceutical content strategy, marketing, or commercial field with a minimum of 4 years in digital content platforms and technologies</li><li>Operational expertise in a Content Hub or similar model</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels</li><li>Experience establishing strong relationships and working closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable content strategies and services</li><li>Proven leadership in the development and execution of strategy to support local and regional commercialization goals</li><li>Experience collaborating with local, regional and global teams to drive innovation including mobilization, activation, and evolution</li><li>Proven track record of managing large-scale projects/initiatives with complex rollout plans while remaining agile in adjusting tactics to address the unique needs of varying brands/markets</li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop and implement metrics to gauge content success and drive continuous improvement</li><li>Fluency in spoken and written English is required</li><li>Ability to travel up to 30% to engage with global teams and stakeholders in support of Gen-AI content hub mobilization, activation, and evolution</li></ul><p></p><p><i>#LI-Hybrid</i></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><i>If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
