Director, Environmental Health, Safety, (EHS) and Security

The Environmental Health Safety and Security Director is responsible for strategic leadership and oversight of all Safety, Health, and Environmental Control functions across the Otsuka Icu Medical (OIM). This role ensures full compliance with Otsuka ICU Medical, Federal, State, and local regulations and policies related to safety, industrial hygiene, fire codes, environmental standards and site security. To ensure a safe and secure working environment for all employee, facilities, assists, and products. The Director provides expert guidance to senior leadership, interprets complex data, identifies systemic risks, and drives enterprise-level solutions to prevent injury, environmental impact, security and property loss. As a key member of OIM’s executive leadership team, the Director influences plant-wide policies and contributes to long-term operational planning.
