Due to continued growth, we have created an exciting new opportunity for a Director, Corporate Accounts to join our dedicated team. Reporting to the Country Leader ANZ & Korea and working across all business units, you will lead the execution of strategic transactions and commercial agreements, including a regional approach to strategic accounts, corporate partnerships, tenders, contracts and pricing. A key focus of the role will be to develop and strengthen executive-level relationships within targeted Strategic Accounts, positioning Edwards as a strategic partner while driving commercial growth, long-term value creation and enterprise-wide customer engagement
How you will make an impact:
• Develop and plan high-value corporate account relationships and activities with accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables
• Provide direction and guidance to cross-functional stakeholders and project teams to execute region wide activities, initiatives and/or programs
• Ensure governance & discipline by structuring sustainable agreements, ensuring contract compliance and commercial pricing strategies
• Identify and evaluate process improvements and/or course correction/alignment opportunities
• Other incidental duties
What you will need (Required):
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 12 years’ related experience OR
• Master's Degree in a related field and 10 years’ related experience
• Experience working in a large manufacturing company Preferred
• Other: Certification in related discipline Preferred

• Proven successful project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools and systems
• Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
• Recognized as an expert in own sub-function(s) and/or area(s) within the organization with broad-based advanced knowledge within the organization
• Expert understanding of related aspects of corporate development processes and/or systems
• Strict attention to detail
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
