• Compliance partnering: providing daily compliance related consultations and answer ad hoc enquiries from related business
• Compliance review and approval: review and approve business activities from the compliance perspective according to company policies
• Compliance initiatives and projects: working on new compliance programs and designing new control and monitoring measures for new business activities and practices
• Compliance Committee Meeting: collecting meeting topics and creating its agenda accordingly, taking meeting minutes, and ensuring and tracking the follow-up actions in a timely manner
• Compliance programs and policies: assisting in continual improvement and development of the existing compliance programs, developing training materials
• Compliance trainings: preparing tailor made training materials targeting different internal clients and conducting necessary trainings accordingly, properly tracking all relevant records
• Investigation: lead or participate in internal investigations, including data analysis, document review and interviews
• Government inquiry: handle and respond to compliance-related inquiries from government bodies and hospitals
• Compliance Monthly Report
• Other compliance related issues and work upon request
