Under the collaboration, Stoke retains exclusive rights for zorevunersen in the United States, Canada, and Mexico; Biogen receives exclusive rest of world commercialization rights</p> <p>STK-002 is Stoke’s proprietary antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) in clinical development for the treatment of autosomal dominant optic atrophy (ADOA), the most common inherited optic nerve disorder. STK-002 has been granted orphan drug designation by the FDA. A Phase 1 study (OSPREY) of STK-002 in people with ADOA is now underway. The company is also conducting early research in Syngap1, a severe and rare neurodevelopmental disorder, in collaboration with Acadia Pharmaceuticals.</p> <p>Stoke’s initial focus is on diseases of the central nervous system and the eye that are caused by a loss of ~50% of normal protein levels (haploinsufficiency). Proof of concept has been demonstrated in other organs, tissues, and systems, supporting broad potential for the Company’s proprietary approach.</p></div><p><strong><u>Position Purpose:</u></strong></p> <p>The Director, Competitive Intelligence (CI) will be responsible for delivering actionable competitive insights to support strategic decision-making for both zorevunersen and earlier stage pipeline assets.  The Director will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Medical, Clinical and Regulatory to inform portfolio and product strategy.  This role will report into the Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Chief of Staff.</p> <p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end competitive intelligence for zorevunersen and pipeline assets.</li> <li>Develop, implement, and scale CI processes, tools, and methodologies.</li> <li>Partner with Program Teams and senior leadership to embed CI into brand, portfolio, and corporate strategic planning.</li> <li>Translate complex market, clinical, and regulatory signals into clear, actionable recommendations that inform strategic decisions.</li> <li>Attend key conferences to monitor competitor activity and emerging trends.</li> <li>Analyze diverse data sources to identify trends and business opportunities.</li> <li>Serve as the primary interface with external CI vendor, ensuring clarity of objectives and quality of deliverables.</li> <li>Own CI budgets, project scopes, and timelines.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Required Skills & Experience: </u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD, MS) strongly preferred.</li> <li>10+ years of relevant experience in pharma/biotech or healthcare consulting with a focus on competitive and market intelligence.</li> <li>Experience in rare disease, neuroscience, or genetic medicine preferred.</li> <li>Proven ability to deliver actionable insights across the product lifecycle, from early development through post-launch.</li> <li>Demonstrated capability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, executive-ready recommendations that influence strategic decisions.</li> <li>Extensive experience collaborating with and advising senior leadership; skilled in leading cross-functional and global initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Location(s): </u></strong></p> <p>Stoke is located in Bedford, MA, and will be moving to a new location in Waltham, MA by the end of 2026. This position is a hybrid position currently based in Bedford and will later be based in Waltham.</p> <p><strong><u>Travel:</u></strong></p> <p>This position will require approximately 10% travel.</p> <p><strong><u>Compensation & Benefits:</u></strong></p> <p>At Stoke Therapeutics, we are committed to offering a comprehensive, competitive and thoughtfully designed total rewards program.</p> <p>The anticipated salary range for this role at the Director level is $191,000 - $252,000.<strong> </strong>The final offer will be determined based on a variety of factors, including role scope, experience and qualifications, education, market benchmarks, internal equity, and geographic location.
