DHR Enterprise AI Solutions is Danaher's enterprise AI engineering capability, responsible for identifying opportunities, partnering, building and scaling reusable AI solutions, and accelerating measurable business impact across operating companies. We combine product, architecture, AI science, engineering and operations to industrialise AI, establish enterprise standards and enable the next generation of AI-powered products, workflows, applications and decision-making.

In DHR Enterprise AI Solutions, you will shape how Danaher designs, delivers and scales enterprise AI solutions by defining the architecture, standards, engineering practices and reusable capabilities that enable trusted, secure and measurable business impact across our global operating companies.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of DHR Enterprise AI Solutions, you will lead the Architecture, Standards & Engineering Excellence organisation and play a pivotal role in accelerating AI adoption, improving developer productivity and establishing the foundations that allow AI innovation to scale consistently across Danaher.

This is a Danaher Corporate role, hosted by our Cytiva operating company in Kraków, and will be an on-site role (Kraków).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Evolve the architecture, standards and operating model that guide how enterprise AI solutions are designed, built, governed, operated and supported across Danaher.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team spanning solution architecture, engineering excellence, user experience, reliability engineering, edge and mobile solutions and application support, creating an environment where technical talent can thrive and grow.
• Establish reusable architectures, design patterns, frameworks and engineering accelerators that enable teams to deliver AI solutions faster, more consistently and with greater impact.
• Drive AI engineering excellence across the organisation through AI-assisted development, modern software engineering practices, CI/CD, quality automation, DevSecOps and developer productivity initiatives.
• Partner with business, product, engineering and operating-company leaders to align AI solution standards and adoption priorities to scale and accelerate with measurable business outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping shape enterprise AI strategy, technology direction and the evolution of Danaher's AI engineering capability.
• Shape and develop a diverse, high-performing global AI team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous learning, AI excellence and inclusion.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Proven experience leading enterprise AI architecture, engineering and technology transformation in a complex global environment.
• Demonstrated success defining technology strategies, standards, operating models and governance frameworks that enable scalable and reusable AI capabilities.
• Deep understanding of modern AI architectures, cloud platforms, software engineering, developer productivity, security, reliability and lifecycle management.
• Experience leading senior technical professionals and building high-performing teams across multiple disciplines, geographies and organisational boundaries.
• Integrity, strong team orientation and the ability to influence and engage technical audiences through credibility, trust and collaboration.
• Track record of improving engineering effectiveness, quality, speed and reuse through platforms, tooling, automation and modern AI and software engineering practices.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Building or scaling enterprise AI, data or software solutions used across multiple business units or operating companies.
• Leading engineering excellence, developer productivity, AI engineering or architecture transformation initiatives.
• Working in life sciences, diagnostics, healthcare, advanced manufacturing or other regulated industries.
