You’ll contribute to shaping Sanofi’s global digital future, collaborating closely within our expanding Hyderabad hub.</p><p><b>About you</b></p><p>You are a certified Veeva expert with deep hands-on experience in multiple Veeva Vault applications. You combine strong technical acumen with leadership maturity, capable of translating business vision into sustainable digital solutions. You thrive in Agile, cross-functional environments, and are passionate about continuous improvement, data integrity, and delivering measurable business value.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Managing Veeva platform-specific configurations and governance for Clinical or Regulatory vault.</p></li><li><p>Ensuring compliance with GxP requirements where applicable</p></li><li><p>Coordinating with Technical Service Owners and Business System Owners</p></li><li><p>Managing Key Users and training programs</p></li><li><p>Overseeing Veeva documentation management processes</p></li><li><p>undefined</p></li><li><p>Managing and leading a group of support team members (vendors/contractors). Mentor and support junior configuration engineers and DevOps specialists, promoting a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.</p></li><li><p>Assess and manage the impact of Veeva product releases (three times per year); plan and orchestrate remediation and upgrade activities with cross-functional teams.</p></li><li><p>Partner closely with Product Line Owners, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders to define configuration strategy and ensure regulatory and compliance alignment.</p></li><li><p>Oversee the documentation of system designs, configurations, and technical decisions using JIRA, Confluence, and validated repositories.</p></li><li><p>Ensure adherence to GxP regulation, and Data Integrity standards across all deliverables.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Veeva and strategic partners to leverage best practices and emerging features within the Vault suite.</p></li><li><p>Drive continuous improvement initiatives around configuration governance, automation, and operational efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Provide expert support for critical incidents and major platform changes in partnership with AIMS and Service Management teams.</p></li></ul><p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>15+ years of progressive experience in Veeva Vault configuration and administration within regulated (GxP) environments with at least 3 - 5 years in a leadership and delivery management role.</p></li><li><p>Experience in healthcare or life sciences domain.</p></li><li><p>Veeva Certification in one or more Vault applications is mandatory (e.g., RIM, Quality, Clinical, Commercial).</p></li><li><p>Proven expertise in Vault configuration components (lifecycle, objects, workflows, security models, and SDKs).</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, release management, and change control processes.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience working in Agile delivery models and collaborating with cross-functional teams.</p></li><li><p>Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills with a consultative mindset.</p></li><li><p>Ability to lead complex technical discussions and influence decisions across senior technical and business audiences.</p></li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1>Pursue <i>progress</i>, discover <i>extraordinary</i></h1><p>Better is out there.
