strategy documentation and product roadmap</span></p></li><li><p><span>Help prepare materials for strategic planning sessions, leadership reviews, and governance forums</span></p></li><li><p><span>Track roadmap milestones and flag dependencies or risks to the Operations Lead</span></p></li></ul><p><span><b> </b></span></p><p><span><b>Financial Management Support</b></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Support budget tracking and reporting in collaboration with Finance and Procurement</span></p></li><li><p><span>Help consolidate inputs for annual and mid-year strategic planning cycles</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>Resource &amp; Staffing Coordination</b></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Assist in tracking staffing allocation across products and flagging gaps or optimization opportunities</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support coordination activities with People &amp; Culture and Procurement on staffing topics</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain up-to-date resource planning documentation and tools</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting</b></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Collect, validate, and consolidate OKRs/KPIs from Product Line Owners for verticals and global Digital scorecards</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support post-implementation ROI reviews and product adoption monitoring</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute to ensuring the quality and consistency of analytical deliveries</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>Governance &amp; Communication Support</b></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Help prepare content and materials for the Verticals&#39; Guiding Coalition meetings</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist in coordinating cross-vertical and cross-functional initiatives</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>General Coordination</b></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Facilitate meetings, capture action items, and follow up on commitments</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support ad hoc analyses and projects as directed by the Operations Lead</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support the vendors’ management: contracting and smooth onboarding</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About You</b></p><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><b>Basic Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>1–3&#43;
