This is a paid internship offering full-time hours during the summer months. All interns are required to conclude the program by giving a formal presentation on their work. Please note that no relocation assistance or sponsorship is provided for the internship program at this time.</p><p></p><p><b>Position Summary</b></p><p>We’re looking for a curious and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our team this summer. As part of the Optimization team, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple channels – paid search (SEM), organic search (SEO), social media, and programmatic display – while contributing to a strategic project focused on implementing AI-driven automation. You’ll join a collaborative, innovative team that values curiosity and continuous learning – an ideal environment to learn, grow, and make an impact.</p><p></p><p><b>Pay Rate</b>: $18.00 an hour</p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Learn</b></p><ul><li>Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing automation.</li><li>How to manage and optimize campaigns across SEM, SEO, social media, and programmatic display.</li><li>How data and analytics inform optimization decisions across channels.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>During this internship you’ll work on a mix of tactical tasks and a key strategic project:</p><p></p><p><u>Tactical Work</u></p><ul><li><b>Search Engine Marketing (SEM):</b> Help launch and monitor paid search campaigns.</li><li><b>Search Engine Optimization (SEO):</b> Conduct keyword research and optimize content to strengthen organic search performance.</li><li><b>Social Media:</b> Draft and schedule posts to engage audiences.</li><li><b>Programmatic Display:</b> Assist with setting up and tracking programmatic display campaigns.</li><li><b>Cross-Channel Analytics:</b> Learn how data informs optimization decisions across platforms.</li><li>Join team meetings and provide updates on your progress.</li><li>Prepare and deliver a final presentation summarizing your internship contributions.</li><li>Develop communication skills through cross-functional collaboration.</li></ul><p></p><p><u>Strategic Project</u></p><p>Your core project will focus on implementing AI capabilities across digital marketing channels, a strategic initiative that supports Bio-Techne’s commitment to innovation and efficiency. This project will explore automation opportunities for campaign setup, performance monitoring, and reporting.
