Lead Generation</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Support the setup, execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across email (including personalized and ABM nurture campaigns), website, webinars and paid / organic channels</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain campaign assets including landing pages, email templates and forms using marketing automation tools</p></li><li><p>Assist with webinar and virtual event delivery, including registrations, reminders, follow‑up communications, reporting and lead scoring and prioritization.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Content &amp; Website Support</span> </b></p><ul><li><p><span>Support creation and publishing of marketing content including blog posts, web pages, email copy and social posts </span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate updates to website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with SEO best practices </span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist with content repurposing across channels (e.g. webinars → blogs → email nurtures → sales enablement)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist with optimization of the website to ensure we’re improving lead conversions through the site and keeping pace with the competitive market.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Marketing Operations &amp; Systems</span> </b></p><ul><li><p><span>Maintain high‑quality data in CRM and marketing automation systems </span></p></li><li><p><span>Support list segmentation, MQL criteria management and basic automation workflows </span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure GDPR‑compliant handling of contact data and marketing communications</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Reporting &amp; Performance Insights</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Track and report on key marketing metrics such as email performance, campaign engagement, website traffic and lead generation</p></li><li><p>Maintain regular dashboards to support Marketing and Commercial reporting</p></li><li><p>Identify trends and opportunities for optimisation across campaigns and channels</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Collaboration &amp; Internal Support</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Work closely with the Commercial, Operational and strategic teams, Business Development and Product teams to support ongoing marketing initiatives </span></p></li><li><p><span>Support coordination of events, conferences and industry activities </span></p></li><li><p><span>Act as a point of contact for day‑to‑day marketing requests and activities</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>Functional Competencies (Technical knowledge/Skills)</b></h1><ul><li><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills</p></li><li><p>Data driven and analytical, and result oriented mindset</p></li><li><p>High attention to detail and strong organisational skills</p></li><li><p>Demonstrable interest in digital marketing, B2B marketing and/or the life sciences industry</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working with data, systems and performance metrics</p></li><li><p>Proactive, curious and willing to learn new tools and skills</p></li><li><p>Experience using CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo)</p></li><li><p>Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing or paid digital campaigns</p></li><li><p>Experience working in a B2B, technology or regulated industry environment preferred</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b><span>Experience, Education and Certifications</span></b></h1><ul><li><p>Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience), in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences or a related field</p></li><li><p>Minimum 1 years’ experience in a marketing, digital, communications or campaign support role with experience of working with external partners (e.g., communications, design agencies, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools</p></li><li><p>Comfortable using the Adobe suite of tools</p></li><li><p>English: Fluent</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b><span>Come as you are.</span></b><br /><span>We&#39;re proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
