Join us in shaping visually compelling experiences that support our Sports Medicine portfolio and engage audiences worldwide.</p><p></p><p><b>What will you be doing?</b></p><ul><li><p>Create high quality video content, motion graphics and animated assets for social media, digital advertising, email and web campaigns</p></li><li><p>Develop storyboards, animation concepts and visual treatments that align with brand standards and marketing strategy</p></li><li><p>Design and adapt digital assets including social graphics, presentations, digital signage and email visuals</p></li><li><p>Ensure consistent application of brand identity, typography and messaging across all video and graphic materials</p></li><li><p>Work cross functionally with Creative, MarCom, Marketing and other teams to deliver clear, engaging visual storytelling</p></li><li><p>Manage multiple creative projects within deadlines, using project management tools and maintaining organized file structures</p></li><li><p>Optimize assets for various digital platforms and support accessibility standards such as captions</p></li><li><p>Share motion design expertise with team members to help grow creative capabilities</p></li><li><p>Support performance optimization through A/B testing and data informed recommendations</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What will you need to be successful?</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Motion Graphics or similar, or equivalent experience</p></li><li><p>3 to 5 years of professional experience in digital design with a strong focus on motion graphics and video editing</p></li><li><p>Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign</p></li><li><p>The Global MarCom team uses <b>Macintosh systems</b> for all design work. Experience working on Mac platforms is preferred, as this is the standard environment for the role</p></li><li><p>Advanced proficiency in English (written, spoken, and reading) is required to effectively operate in a global, cross‑functional environment</p></li><li><p>Strong visual storytelling skills and an understanding of animation principles, motion typography and compositing</p></li><li><p>Ability to simplify complex information visually and maintain high attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects</p></li><li><p>A collaborative mindset and the ability to incorporate feedback effectively</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>You.
