The role is critical in driving Sanofi&#39;s commitment to reducing environmental impact through innovative digital solutions for transportation logistics.</p><p></p><h2><b>KEY FOCUS AREAS</b></h2><p></p><ul><li><b>Sustainability Product Development:</b> Support the development and implementation of sustainability solutions for Digital Transportation, with emphasis on CO₂ emissions tracking and reduction initiatives</li><li><b>RFP Process Leadership:</b> Lead and support Request for Proposal (RFP) processes to identify, evaluate, and select suppliers and solutions for CO₂ emissions tracking and sustainability reporting</li><li><b>Solution Implementation:</b> Define, design, and implement transportation sustainability solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing Transportation Management Systems and business processes</li><li><b>Strategic Collaboration:</b> Work closely with the Product Owner on strategy and roadmap definition for sustainability initiatives within the transportation domain</li><li><b>Stakeholder Management:</b> Ensure close relationships with business teams, sustainability experts, and Centre of Expertise with recurrent follow-ups on business needs to deliver expected value</li><li><b>Vendor Management:</b> Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and sustainability solution providers</li><li><b>Continuous Improvement:</b> Identify opportunities for enhancement in sustainability tracking, reporting, and process optimization</li></ul><p></p><h2><b>CONTEXT &amp; Implementation</b></h3><p></p><ul><li>Lead the development of sustainability products for Digital Transportation, focusing on CO₂ emissions tracking and environmental impact reduction</li><li>Define functional requirements for sustainability solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders and sustainability experts</li><li>Support the implementation and rollout of sustainability tracking systems across global transportation operations</li><li>Ensure integration of sustainability solutions with existing Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and other logistics applications</li><li>Develop and maintain sustainability KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms</li><li>Conduct analysis of transportation data to identify opportunities for emissions reduction and efficiency improvements</li></ul><p></p><h3><b>RFP Process &amp; Supplier Selection</b></h3><p></p><ul><li>Lead RFP processes for selecting suppliers and solutions for CO₂ emissions tracking and sustainability initiatives</li><li>Define evaluation criteria and conduct comprehensive assessments of potential vendors and solutions</li><li>Coordinate with procurement, legal, and technical teams throughout the supplier selection process</li><li>Support business cases creation and recommendations for solution selection</li><li>Negotiate with vendors and manage contract discussions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders</li><li>Ensure selected solutions align with Sanofi&#39;s sustainability goals and technical requirements</li></ul><p></p><h3><b>Project Management &amp; Implementation</b></h3><p></p><ul><li>Manage sustainability solution implementation projects from conception to deployment</li><li>Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of sustainability projects</li><li>Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies jointly with the Product Owner</li><li>Write functional and technical specification documents for sustainability solutions</li><li>Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria for agile development</li><li>Coordinate System Integration Tests (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and ensure systems and business readiness</li><li>Provide post-implementation hypercare support and continuous optimization</li><li>Act as Implementation Project Lead for sustainability initiatives when necessary</li></ul><p></p><h3><b>Strategic Partnership &amp; Collaboration</b></h3><p></p><ul><li>Collaborate with the Product Owner on strategy and roadmap definition for transportation sustainability initiatives</li><li>Participate in benchmarking activities and keep track of industry trends in sustainable logistics</li><li>Work with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Sustainability, IT, and Business stakeholders</li><li>Act as the primary link between Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Development teams within the Pod for sustainability projects</li><li>Support CAP (Continuous Application Performance) meetings to identify enhancement priorities</li><li>Share knowledge and best practices on sustainability solutions across the organization</li></ul><p></p><h3><b>Application Ownership &amp;
