Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.</span></p><p></p><p><span>As a Digital Content Strategist, you sit at the intersection of content strategy, omnichannel execution, and AI-powered innovation. Working within the Lab, you partner closely with disease area teams to translate brand strategy into high-impact content – guiding them from strategic intent through to execution. You develop best-practice frameworks, build capability, and contribute to our AI-powered content creation platform, helping business teams work smarter and produce content that drives meaningful customer engagement.</span></p><p></p><p><i><span><b>The Opportunity:</b></span></i></p><ul><li><p>Partner with disease area teams to align brand strategies and engagement goals, translating them into actionable content approaches across various channels</p></li><li><p>Drive content personalization by defining customer segments, shaping messaging and tone, and ensuring designs enhance engagement</p></li><li><p>Create reusable content strategy frameworks and playbooks, capturing and sharing best practices across the organization</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate content strategy into omnichannel plans and support global-to-local campaigns with personalized practices</p></li><li><p>Promote content performance measurement, including A/B testing, and guide teams on using metrics for actionable improvements</p></li><li><p>Contribute to AI content tools, shaping features like subject line generators and personalization tools, and integrate emerging capabilities into workflows</p></li><li><p>Build organizational capability by educating teams on content strategy principles, AI tools, and customer-centric approaches through training resources and hands-on support<span> </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><i><span><b>Who You Are:</b></span></i></p><ul><li><p><span>You hold a BSc/MSc and have 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, with a strong track record in content creation and strategy, ideally from a creative agency or healthcare/life sciences environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You understand how to develop digital content that resonates with different customer types across specific channels, and you can move fluently between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You are genuinely curious about AI and comfortable working with AI-powered tools; experience contributing to or using AI content platforms is a plus.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You can quickly build working knowledge of a new disease area, competitive landscape, and brand messaging – and translate that knowledge into relevant, differentiated content.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You are a strong cross-functional collaborator, able to facilitate alignment across global and local teams and influence without formal authority.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You communicate clearly and confidently in English, both in writing and in person, and bring the interpersonal skills to coach, educate, and build trust with a wide range of stakeholders.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><i><b>In exchange we provide you with:</b></i></p><ul><li><p><b>Development opportunities: </b>Roche is rich in learning resources.
