Digital Consumer Experience UX/UI Designer

<p><b>About the job</b></p><p>Consumer Experience (CX) Designer, will partake and realize the vision and responsibility of providing and delivering the world-class user experiences globally for Sanofi products and ecosystem. You will collaborate with a team of world-class multi-disciplinary Consumer Experience professionals to craft and deliver product design that aligns and extends the One Sanofi Experience and Design across all patients, customers and staffs on multi-devices. You have a passion for consumers/users, strong communication skills, and the ability to focus on big experience initiatives at the same time as crucial details. You are comfortable presenting and articulating design philosophy, principles and reasonings with data to all levels of teams. You will partner with Product and Engineering teams to develop amazing user experiences. You must be detail oriented, responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open and collaborative peer environment. Top notch Product Design skills/capabilities, Human-Centered Design process and methodologies, and experience with iterative design sprints and lean, Agile development process a MUST.</p><p></p><p><b>Main responsibilities: </b></p><p>UX and Research Fundamentals</p><p>•<span>Understands user-centric design process (problem definition → ideation → prototyping → validation).</span></p><p>•<span>Can read and interpret user stories and requirements into interface solutions.</span></p><p>•<span>Familiar with basic research methods (heuristic evaluation, usability testing, feedback synthesis).</span></p><p>•<span>Understands information architecture and user flows for multi-step interfaces.</span></p><p></p><p>Tools and Systems:</p><p>•<span>Proficient in Figma (component libraries, auto-layout, prototyping, and shared design tokens).</span></p><p>•<span>Familiar with Design Systems usage — ability to work within predefined patterns and brand guidelines.</span></p><p>•<span>Comfortable using collaboration and versioning tools (e.g., Miro, FigJam, Jira, Confluence).</span></p><p>•<span>Understands accessibility and responsive design fundamentals.</span></p><p></p><p>Visual and Interaction Design:</p><p>•<span>Demonstrates ability to produce clean, consistent, and hierarchy-driven UI layouts.</span></p><p>•<span>Understands typography, colour, spacing, and contrast principles.</span></p><p>•<span>Can create or adapt interaction states (hover, focus, error, success).</span></p><p>•<span>Able to prepare and hand off design specs clearly to developers.</span></p><p></p><p>Communication and Collaboration</p><p>•Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills</p><p>- <span>Demonstrates ability to present and explain design decisions clearly in English.</span></p><p>•<span>Works collaboratively in cross-functional teams and accepts design critique constructively.</span></p><p>•<span>Documents work using Sanofi CX templates and follows naming conventions.</span></p><p></p><p><span><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b>:</span></p><p>•5<span>&#43; years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design </span></p><p>- Bachelor&#39;s degree or equivalent work experience in Design, HCI or related field.
