You will not only evolve our brand identity and manage our multi-channel ecosystem for Italian and Export markets, but also take an active role in identifying positioning opportunities that ensure sustainable growth.<br><br>The role will also involve elements of product management, with initial responsibility for the dishwashing product line.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><p><b>Strategic Market Insights & Positioning</b></p><ul><li><p>Web Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze digital market trends and competitor activities to identify key insights.</p></li><li><p>Opportunity Identification: Identify product or service positioning opportunities through deep-dive analysis of the digital landscape.</p></li><li><p>Value Proposition Strategy: Define and strategize how to communicate the company’s value proposition effectively to target audiences.</p></li><li><p>Business Alignment: Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service teams to ensure all communication efforts align with overall business goals.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Communication Evolution & Brand Strategy</b></p><ul><li><p>Brand Identity & Governance: Elevate the company’s tone of voice and visual presence. Responsible for the creation, update, and enforcement of the Company Profile and official Brand Guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of high‑impact content (copy, visuals, video), with the ability to explore generative AI tools as a support</p></li><li><p>Creative Supervision: Lead the production of all marketing collateral (sales kits, brochures, digital assets) ensuring a premium and modern aesthetic in line with corporate standards.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Digital Ecosystem & Demand Generation</b></p><ul><li><p>Optimize the corporate website (CMS) and social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube) to drive engagement.</p></li><li><p>Digital Campaigns & Geomarketing: Plan, execute, and monitor digital and geomarketing campaigns, including paid advertising across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, as well as CRM and email marketing automation.</p></li><li><p>Data Insights: Utilize analytics and data tools to monitor KPIs, predict trends, and optimize campaign performance.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Events & Agency Coordination</b></p><ul><li><p>Trade Shows & Fairs: Direct the strategic organization of local and international events, ensuring a cohesive brand experience from booth layout to on-site execution.</p></li><li><p>Branches & Partner Brand Alignment: Act as a guardian of the brand by supporting domestic and international partners & branches to ensure that Angelo Po Guidelines are correctly reflected in their showrooms, local events, and social media presence.</p></li><li><p>Stakeholder Management: Brief and manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring all deliverables meet the company’s evolving digital and quality standards.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Candidate Profile</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience: 5+ year experience in Digital Marketing & Communication, preferably in international environments.</p></li><li><p>Strategic Tools: deep knowledge of corporate communication tools, including the development of Company Profiles and the implementation of global Brand Guidelines.</p></li><li><p>AI Literacy: curiosity and openness toward AI tools, with an interest in understanding how they can support and enhance marketing workflows.</p></li><li><p>Technical Stack: proficiency in CMS (WordPress/Shopify), CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), and Google Analytics/Matomo.</p></li><li><p>Creative Suite: strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere) and/or Canva.</p></li><li><p>Languages: professional fluency in English.
