Our cutting-edge research is focused on disrupting the progression of the disease to improve care and outcomes — allowing people with diabetes and obesity to live full, active, and healthy lives.</p><p><b>Role Overview</b></p><p>The role of Sales Representative is constantly evolving, with a marked focus on fully understanding the business to which it belongs and on planning activities on his/her area of responsibility; an integrated approach is required, which leverages on multi-channel solutions and interactions, with a good mix between personal interaction and virtual touchpoints with customers. The main purpose is to create a positive customer experience by identifying key needs and offering valuable solutions to achieve business objectives.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Healthcare Ecosystem Mastery: Understand the relevant healthcare ecosystem, including healthcare providers, payors, patient flow, pathologies, and therapeutic options. Utilize Lilly resources, procedures, and policies effectively.</li><li>Strategic Planning: Conduct thorough and effective analysis of your territory and customers. Use available data and approved resources to prioritize activities efficiently. Ensure planning is measurable and integrated with the activities of other Lilly colleagues in the same territory.</li><li>Tactical Execution: Collaborate with team members to create a positive customer experience and deliver value.
