In this strategic role, you will support commercial success not through hard selling, but by engaging in high-level scientific discussions, expanding market growth, and bringing cutting-edge, transformative technologies directly to healthcare professionals. You will manage and grow the adoption of highly specialized interventional CVG solutions, working closely with clinical and cath lab teams to maximize the potential of our advanced portfolio in the field.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: 

• Expert Dialogue: Lead high-level technical and scientific discussions with clinicians to support local commercial objectives and business growth.
• Clinical Support: Provide on-site technical expertise, product demonstrations, and case support to ensure the optimal application of Medtronic technologies.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term, trust-based partnerships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and distributors.
• Market Development: Identify clinical needs and therapeutic gaps within hospitals to uncover new business opportunities.
• Internal Liaison: Act as a key link between clinical, technical, and sales teams to share market insights and align strategies.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimal Bachelor’s degree required (, biomedicine, medicine, natural sciences, etc.)
• Proven experience in medical device or healthcare environment
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Strong creative outlook
• Fluent Czech and English language skills

Nice to have: Proven experience in interventional cardiology, structural heart, or vascular environments, with strong familiarity procedure-based medical technologies.
