Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Application Developer - Regional located in Senai, Johor.

 

What a typical day looks like:

• Design, develop, and maintain MES (MESPRO) applications based on business and customer requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and clarify system requirements

• Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver within defined timelines

• Develop scalable, high-quality, and maintainable software solutions

• Provide solution design and system architecture guidance for MES implementations

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development and production environments

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines

• Support deployment, testing, and continuous improvement activities

• Handle multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure

 

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in software development

• Proven track record in delivering enterprise-level applications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Capable of handling long working hours and high-pressure situations when required

• Experience working with global teams or across different time zones is a plus
