Project Quality Management</b></h2></li><li>Develop and drive the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (Quality Plan / DQP), ensuring key quality requirements are fulfilled at each milestone.</li><li>Participate in major project quality reviews (requirements review, design review, reliability plan review, material review, etc.) to evaluate quality risks and provide decision-making support.</li><li>Conduct quality audits on key documents and deliverables produced during the R&amp;D phase (e.g., design documents, BOM, DFx for manufacturing processes, reliability plans).</li><li><h2><b>Quality Risk Identification &amp; Prevention</b></h2></li><li>Lead risk identification and prevention mechanisms across the entire R&amp;D process, including DFMEA and project risk registers.</li><li>Drive cross-functional teams to define and implement preventive measures early, ensuring potential quality risks are eliminated before pilot production.</li><li><h2><b>Pre‑Pilot Production Quality Prevention &amp; Readiness</b></h2></li><li>Lead pre‑pilot quality risk reviews, consolidate issue lists, and ensure closure of key risks before trial builds.</li><li>Develop preventive strategies and early control measures for potential quality issues that may arise during the pilot production stage.</li><li><h2><b>Cross‑Functional Coordination &amp; Quality Advocacy</b></h2></li><li>Act as the project’s quality representative, collaborating closely with R&amp;D, Engineering, Testing, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to achieve quality objectives.</li><li>Promote adherence to quality standards and processes across teams and ensure effective closure of identified issues.</li><li><h2><b>Supplier &amp; Key Material Quality Control (R&amp;D‑Focused)</b></h2></li><li>Participate in quality assessments for key components and materials during the development stage, identifying potential design and manufacturing risks.</li><li>Work with Procurement and Supplier Quality teams to ensure design‑stage supply chain quality is well controlled.</li><li><h2><b>Quality Standards &amp; Process Optimization</b></h2></li><li>Develop and optimize quality guidelines, quality entry criteria, review templates, and risk assessment methodologies for the R&amp;D stage.</li><li>Summarize lessons learned from previous projects and integrate them into the quality system, continuously improving R&amp;D quality capabilities.</li></ul><p></p><div><h1></h1><h1><b>Job Requirements</b></h1><ul><li><h3><b>Educational Background</b></h3></li><li>Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Materials, Quality Engineering, or related fields.</li><li><h3><b>Work Experience</b></h3></li><li>3&#43; years of experience in quality engineering, project quality management, or R&amp;D process management.</li><li>Experience in e‑cigarettes, consumer electronics, small appliances, or similar product development is preferred.</li><li><h3><b>Professional Skills</b></h3></li><li>Familiar with R&amp;D processes (NPI / NPDP) and quality management tools such as:<ul><li>APQP, FMEA, 5Why, 8D</li><li>DFx, Quality Gate / Gate Review</li><li>Risk Assessment / Risk Management</li></ul></li><li>Solid understanding of quality fundamentals and risk identification for structural parts, electronics, and materials.</li><li><h3><b>Competencies</b></h3></li><li>Strong cross‑functional communication and coordination skills; able to drive process implementation and quality requirements within projects.</li><li>High quality sensitivity and risk awareness; capable of identifying potential issues early and leading teams to resolve them.</li><li>Strong logical thinking, resilience under pressure, and ability to make independent judgments and provide decision support.</li><li><h3><b>Language &amp;
