Key Accountabilities:
Role specific
Receiving and stocking of materials
Pick and pack and quality control of Clinical Trial Materials according to instruction
Perform quality control checks
Prepare for study documents
Dispatch materials
Assistance and execution in packaging and labeling including relabeling procedures
Assistance in Clinical Trial Materials destruction, recalls, reconciliation and returns
Execute regular cycle count and physical inventory
All tasks related warehouse management including production activities
Assistance and execution in Premise and Equipment general management
Report any issue affecting quality and/or deviation
Handle filing and archiving activities
Follow internal and external (ie. Client) work flows and processes
Strive to contribute to external and internal customer satisfaction
Complete trainings in time
Effectively and efficiently manage multiple tasks
Skills:
Team player with very good interpersonal skills
Local language proficiency (verbal and written)
Ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
Good hand eye coordination
Knowledge and Experience:
Knowledge of GxP guidance, or willingness for education in GxP regulations
Basic understanding of the drug development and regulatory framework
Knowledge of warehouse management system and/or inventory system
Experience in a warehouse support (Packaging and labeling experience in pharmaceutical or biological industry is preferred)
Education:
High School or Vocational degree or 2-4 years relevant work experience.
